专题05 通知写作要领
通知是上级对下级、组织对成员布置工作、传达情况或告诉公众某件事情等情况时使用的一种应用文
体，通常分为口头通知和书面通知两种。

你校英文报计划举办主题为“携手行动，节约粮食”的作文比赛。请你写一则活动通知，内容包括：
(1)介绍活动目的；
(2)说明参赛要求。
注意：
(1)写作词数应为80 个左右；
(2)请按如下格式在答题卡的相应位置作答。

【思路点拨】
1．口头通知要注意以下几点：
(1)要有称呼用语，如ladies and gentlemen、boys and girls 等。
(2)要有开头语和结束语。例如：
May I have your attention, please?
Attention please, everyone.I have an announcement.
That's all. Thank you very much.
2．书面通知要注意以下几点：
(1)书面通知通常有NOTICE 或ANNOUNCEMENT 标题。
(2)在正文的右下角要写上发通知的单位或组织者的姓名。
3．具体写作结构为：
