应用文写作中的语言错误应对例析
英语应用文中出现的错误包括形式错误、词汇错误、语法错误、格式错误等。其中，
形式错误包括单词拼写错误，大小写错误和标点符号错误;词汇错误包括词汇搭配不当，选
词不当和词性误用;语法错误包括词法和句法两类错误。高中英语应用文写作中常见的语言
错误分类如下图所示：
1.形式错误
（1）单词拼写错误
单词拼写错误在形式错误中占据了大部分。例如，邀请信写作，学生在写作出现如下
错误：
(1) I'm writing to invent you to attend this anniversary. (invent改为invite)
(2) The headmaster will go to give a speach at the school hall. (speach改为speech)(3) I will be greatful if you can come. (greatful改为grateful)
(4) A compitition will be held. (compitition改为competition)
单词拼写错误属于比较低级的错误，但学生在形式错误中大多数都会犯单词拼写方面
的错误，除了学生本身不仔细之外，还反映出学生在词汇记忆方面的欠缺，对单词记不牢
在单词记忆中存在误差，他们对单词掌握少，词汇量少;以及因新高考改革之后，作文分成
两部分(一部分为应用文15分，80词和读后续写25分，150词)，学生因时间分配不均导致
的慌乱，同时，他们来不及检查，因此单词拼写错误较多。
（2）标点符号错误
在形式错误中，学生在标点符号上的运用也受到了汉语影响，有些学生喜欢用
逗号连接一整句话，例如:
(1) Do you have time with me to play; The 100th anniversary of the founding of the
CPC will start at 5 p.m二
改为:Do you have time with me to play? The 100th anniversary of the founding of
the CPC will start at 5 p.m二
(2) A competition will be held, we will give gifts to the winners.
改为:A competition will be held. We will give gifts to the winners.
标点符号上的错误，对于己经至少学习了十年英语的高二学生们来说是完全可
以避免的，只需要学生能够细心，并且重视标点符号的规范使用。有些同学收到汉
语负迁移的影响，喜欢用一个逗号连接整个句子，在汉语写作中是可以被接受的。
但在英语中，就可能会引起英语应用文写作句子层次，甚至段落的混乱或是引发歧
义。同时，汉语和英语的标点符号使用上也有些许的不同，例如，英语中不涉及到
书名号的使用，通常用斜体，在写作中，也可用下划线来表示。
（3）大小写错误
英语高考使用全国卷自2016年起，都涉及到书信的考查，都会给出信件的开头和结尾。
在平时的考试中，老师们也沿用了这一传统，因此学生在单词大小写上所犯错误较少，学
生只要多用心，更加仔细一些，就能够避免错误。例如，涉及到专属国名、日期和专有名
词的考查，有些学生不够认真，就会犯错：
(1) the cpc改为the CPC
(2) china改为China
(3) First of all, our headmaster will give a speech. then, we can visit the museum.
改为:First of all, our headmaster will give a speech. Then, we can visit themusemn.
有些学生认为单词的大小写错误不是大问题，但它有时也会导致文章句子结构
混乱，产生歧义，使得文章的流畅度降低。教师有时在点评学生作文时，有时也会
忽略掉学生的单词大小写错误，这也会纵容学生轻视大小写错误。在教师英语写们
教学和在点评学生作文时，都要有意识地提高学生对单词大小写错误的重视，掌握
英语单词中对专有名词、星期、月份和国名大写的规律。
2词汇错误
词汇错误包括词汇搭配不当、选词不当和词性误用三种错误。在应用文写作中，词汇
错误能够清楚地反映学生对英语单词的意义、搭配以及固定词组的使用，从更深层次来说
词汇错误也体现了学生对于英语文化和英语相关的词汇使用规则，如在两个近义词选择适
合该场景的词汇构成，对语境理解不到位，对单词使用规则的不熟悉。因新高考改革，应
用文的考核对于字数要求减少，学生在单词搭配选择上可选用比较短的词组，犯错率下降
但在词语和词组的选择上，为了在短句中突出亮点，学生们通常会选择一些较长的词组或
是自己较少应用的词组来突出自己的句子，企图给改卷教师留下好的印象。但学生在背诵
这些词组时，经常只背意思，而不注意例句，也不会借助上下文语境来理解，就会出现用
词不当，造成句子出现歧义，影响文章的阅读感，得分下降。
（1）词汇搭配不当
词汇搭配是指常用的有固定格式的短语和约定俗成的习语等。学生们在英语应用文写
作时，经常因为一个单词可能有多个搭配，对单词的记忆不牢固，从而出现差错，导致句
子意思不完整或发生歧义。例如：
(l)I'm looking forward to hearing from your letter.
(2) In the first day, our school will organize a speech contest
(3) I can introduce the activity for you.
(4) We are asked to sing the songs that are related with our great country.
例句(1)中“hear from”为“收到某人的来信’尹，但该位同学又在“hear from"后加上
了“your letter"，属于句意重复。
例句(2)中，in改为on。
例句(3)中，由于学生记忆不牢固，将introduce固定搭配混淆，for改为to。
例句(4)中由于对介词误用，导致出现错误。“are related with”改为“are related
to”。
（2）选词不当在英语写作中，选择恰当的词汇来准确表达自己的观点是《普通高中英语课程标准
(2017年版2020修订版）》对于学生写作的教学目标之一，但有些学生词汇量还未达到，
他们会用他们所认为的同义词进行代替，但根据语境来说，有些词汇不适合该语境，会造
成句子歧义以及语句意思错乱。同时，在中文学习影响下，一个中文词组可以用在多种语
境下，学生受到母语负迁移，认为有些单词或词组也可一词多义，但会造成歧义。例如:
(1)Our school will take place this event next week. (take place改为hold)
(2) It will continue 4 hours. (continue改为last)
(3) I am writing to invite you to take part in the 100th anniversary. (take part in改为
attend)
例句(1)中划线部分“take place”是“发生，举办”的意思，但是指某事发生，此处应
改为“hold"。
例句(2)中“continue”虽也有“持续”的意思，但在朗文字典中对其的解释是“to not
stop happening"，意思是不断，持续做某事，此处应改为“last"。
例句(C3)中，划线词组“take part in"指参加一项工作，在其中分担一部分，也指参加
活动并积极工作。但根据应用文写作题目意思来看，是邀请外教Pete去出席这次活动，应
改为“attend "·
(3)词性误用
在汉语中，可以作为名词或动词使用的词很多，这些词在转换时不需要任何形式的变
化，只需要通过上下文的背景语境来判断词性。学生受到母语迁移的影响，将汉语相关的
词性转化规则应用到英语中，导致出现词性误用的错误。同时，这也反映出学生在日常单
词记忆中缺乏联想记忆形式，没有形成自己的语料库。例如：
(1) I want to invite you to enjoy this activate. (activate改为activity)
(2) I'm eagerly that you can come. (eagerly改为eager)
(3) The activity is importance in China. (importance改为important)
(4) I expect your attend. ( attend改为attendance
3.语法错误
词法错误主要涉及到名词、动词、代词、冠词、形容词和副词使用错误，句法主要涉及
到主从复合句、并列句以及中式英语使用。
（1）词法错误
在高中阶段，最常考查学生动词、名词、代词、形容词、冠词、副词、介词、连词等
的使用。本研究将介词的使用归入词汇搭配中，连词和衔接词在语篇错误中归纳，将动词代词、形容词、副词和冠词的使用错误归为词法错误。
a名词使用错误
名词错误主要是指名词的单数和复数的变化以及可数和不可数名词的区分。但尽管本
节只涉及到了名词单复数的变化和可数名词和不可数名词的辨别，这是由母语迁移导致的
问题，在汉语中，学生不涉及或是很少涉及名词单复数的问题，可数和不可数名词更是接
触甚少，这就导致了学生在英语写作期间忽视了名词单复数的变化规则。例如：
(1) We can learn many culture of the country.(culture改为。cultures)
(2) We can learn many thing in this anniversary. (thing改为things)
(3) Last but not least, you will see many different kinds of program. (program改为
programs)
(4) I will give you some informations. (informations改为information)
b.代词使用错误
代词的错误主要集中在主格和宾格的位置作用，还有形容词性物主代词和名词性物主
代词的使用。中文中不涉及到主格宾格的变化，同时，主格宾格是从学生初中阶段就接触
到的知识，也反映出学生英语基础知识的薄弱。例如：
(1) Looking forward to yours reply. (yours改为your)
(2) If them like this activity (them改为they)
c.冠词使用错误
冠词的使用在高中阶段只涉及到定冠词和不定冠词的使用，但对于某些同学来说，定
冠词的使用规则老是记不清楚:同时他们对于不定冠词’'a/an”的使用也存在问题，甚至于
在写作中，不使用冠词。例如：
(1) I am writing to you for making invitation to the 100th anniversary.(添加an)
(2) I'm the student of Hongxing Middle School. (the改为a)
(3) It would be a incredible thing. (a改为an)
d.形容词和副词使用错误
形容词和副词错误主要是指形容词和副词转化成比较级和最高级时的错误。例如：
It will be more great that you will come. (more great改为greater)
e.动词使用错误
动词错误分为四个部分，分别是:时态和语态错误、非谓语错误、主谓不一致错误和谓
语动词缺失和多余错误。其中，非谓语动词使用错误和谓语动词缺失和多余错误在动词错
误中占比最高，说明学生对于英语的动词变化规则和对于高考语法考查重难点一一非谓语动词的使用和作用掌握不熟练。
(a)时态和语态错误
以学生对于邀请信的理解和掌握程度为例。例如，邀请信的要求是邀请外教去参加庆
祝建党一百周年的活动，在描述庆祝活动时，需用将来时，大多数同学都能按照进行写作
但有两位同学错用一般过去时来陈述己经发生的活动内容，没有认真审题。除了时态错误
之外，还有涉及到语态问题，大多数同学犯错都出在被动式上。有些同学是因为无法分辨
动词和主语之间的主被动关系出错;而有些同学是因为母语迁移所造成的的影响，在中文里，
虽也涉及到被动，但动词本身无变化，有些同学因受到中文影响，尝尝在被动式用动词原
型。例如:
(1) It will hold next Monday.(改为will be held)
(2) It will be hold at the school playground.(改为will be held)
(b)非谓语动词使用错误
在高中语法阶段，非谓语动词的使用规则和变化规律一直是高考的重点和难点。有些
同学自从接触到了非谓语后，有时会混淆谓语动词和非谓语动词，经常把非谓语动词当谓
语进行使用;同时，对于非谓语的几种分类，也会记错。例如:
(1) I am glad to knowing that you are interested in Chinese history. (knowing改为know)
(2) We will looking forward to your early reply. C looking改为look
(c)主谓不一致
主谓不一致是指谓语动词在单复数形式上要和主语保持一致，但在实际操作中，学生
因为母语迁移，中文中谓语动词不涉及到单复数的变化，同时因为学生的不仔细，经常出
现错误。例如:
(1) Every teenager are proud of China. ( are改为is)
(2) Everybody stand up to sing the national anthem. (stand改为stands )
(d)谓语动词缺失和多余
学生因为母语迁移的影响，经常将添加两个谓语动词在一句话里;同时，由于中文的影
响，用中式思维将谓语动词省略。例如:
( 1) I write to you want to invite you to the anniversary.(删除want)
(2) I will very happy.(改为I will be happy)
(3) There were have Some photos.(删除have)
(4) You will have a better understanding of Chinese history, which about the development.
(添加is)(2)句法错误
a.中式英语
中式英语的出现究其原因，第一是因为学生的词汇量不够，学生无法用自身所拥有的
词汇量表达自身的想法，同时写下来，只能根据汉语思维将自身的想法逐字逐句地翻一卜
来;同时，这也是因为中英文之间的句子结构存在差异，学生掌握的中介语句子结构存在混
乱。例如:
(1) I very very hope you come.
(2) Our school has many love country people.
b.并列句错误
由并列连词把两个或两个以上的简单句连在一起的句子叫并列句。并列句的错误主要
体现在缺少连接词and，一个句子中缺乏连接词，但出现了多个谓语，造成句子结构混乱。
例如:
(l) I know that you are interested in our country's history, this is a great opportunity
for you to learn about it.
(2) Our school will hold the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC next
week, I want to invite you to attend it.
c.主从复合句
主从复合句是指含有两个或更多主谓结构的句子，其中有一个(或更多)主谓结构充当
整个句子的某一(些)成分。在本研究收集的数据中，主从复合句的错误主要集中在定语从
句和状语从句上，有些同学在定语从句上容易将关系代词和“it"这个代词混淆，造成一个
主从复合句中多个谓语而缺少关系代词;在状语从句中，学生容易多用连词，例如:
(1) First of all, we will watch the movie about founding the CPC, it will introduce
the knowledge of the CPC. ( it改为which)
(2) This ceremony has a lot of shows, it also has many songs written by producers.
( it改为which )
(3) Because the CPC has been founded for 100 years, so we decide to celebrate the
100th anniversary. ( so去掉)
4.格式错误
在高中英语应用文写作上，各类应用文都有严格的格式要求。例如，考查邀请信的书
写---题目要求学生为邀请外教Peter参加学校所举办的建党100周年的庆祝活动而写一封信。
在高中英语写作上，第一段要开门见山地点出写作目的，第二段写出新建所要求的详细内容，最后一段进行总结。有同学在格式上出现了错误。但有些同学的英语基础较差，同时
审题出现偏差;也有可能是因为学生做题速度较慢，时间分配不合理，导致写作文时，留给
自己的时间不充足，不仔细读题，提笔就写，导致在写信时，信件在开头第一段格式出现
问题，例如:
(1) I'm very honored to stand here to share my view on the 100th anniversary.
(2) Attention! Our school will hold the 100th anniversary.
在高中应用文写作中，最后一段要总结归纳，表达自己的良好祝愿。例如，在一次邀
请信写作中，最后一段中，写作者需要表达出自己对于被邀请人能够出席的期待和兴奋，
有些同学因可能因为审题问题，结尾过于简单匆忙，没有表达出自己对于外教 Peter能来的
期待和高兴或是因为学生在考试时对时间分配不均，留给写作时间不足，在第二段写完具
体内容后，直接完结应用文，去写读后续写了。例如:
(1) If you look at the e-mail, please give me a reply.
(2) Last but not least, we will have some music shows.
