•__37__
Some people may think that a garden is no more than plants, flowers, patterns and masses of color.Others are
concerned about using gardening methods that require less water and fewer fertilizers ( 肥
38.Still__others__may__simply__enjoy being__outdoors and__close__to__plants.However , there are a
number of other reasons that might explain why you want to garden. One of them comes from our earliest years.
•Recall (回忆) your childhood memories
...
A.Know why you garden
B.Find a good place for your own garden
A项(Know why you garden)和B项(Find a good place for
·__37__ Do not follow the people who make you feel not-good-enough.Why do you follow them? Are you
hoping that eventually you will feel empowered because your life is better than theirs?Know that your life is
your own;you are the only you in this world.
·Forgive yourself for mistakes that you have made.We are often ashamed of our shortcomings, our mistakes and
our failures.38. Remember , you __are__only human. You will make mistakes, time and time again.Rather thangetting caught up in how you could have done better ,why not offer yourself a compassionate(有同情
心)response?“That didn’t go as planned. But,I tried my best.”
C.Nothing is too small to celebrate.
D.Remember,you are only human.
E.Set an intention for self-acceptance.
F.Stop comparing yourself with others.
Forgive yourself for
mistakes that you have made.” Why do you follow
them?...your life is better than theirs?
Following is the advice on how to...”“Here are a few tips to...” “The following steps may help you...”,
Moving into a new home in a new neighborhood is an exciting experience.Of course, you want to make sure that
you become an accepted and valuable part of your new neighborhood. The easiest way to accomplish this is to
make sure you conduct yourself as a good neighbor should.__31__
Perhaps one of the most important things you can do as a good neighbor is to keep your property (房产) neat,
clean,and in good repair...
E.Should you come across waste paper thrown out of a passing car, pick it up.
F.People tend to take pride in keeping everything in their street fresh and inviting.
G.Here are a few tips to help you win over everyone in the neighborhood quickly.
In Asia, messaging platforms are growing rapidly, with users in the hundreds of millions, both at work andplay.36.The__popularity__of__these__platforms__is spreading__globally.It’s been reported that 76 percent of
employees in some western countries are using emojis at work.
Written communications can often read as cold and dull.Using emojis can add humor and feeling, keeping
intention clear.__37__,encouraging better and more frequent communication.
A.Messages with emojis feel more conversational
B.Even a formal email can seem cold and unfriendly
C.Sending smiling faces to colleagues may seem strange
Written communications can
often read as cold and dull.Using emojis can add humor and feeling, keeping intention clear.”,谈到了在书面交

4 Key Strategies for Running to Lose Weight
As one of the most active exercises out there, running is an extremely efficient way to burn calories and lose
weight. A 150-pound person will burn approximately 100 calories per mile when running. 1
1. Healthy Eating is the First Step
If you want to lose weight by running, keep in mind that you’ll only lose pounds if you burn more calories
than you consume. To lose a pound, you have to burn, through exercise or life functions, about 3500 calories.
2 Runners do have special nutrition needs, but the basic principles for healthy eating still apply. Try
choosing smaller portions of high-fat and high-calorie foods and eating more whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.
2. Follow a training schedule
Sticking to a training schedule is a simple way to stay motivated to run. 3 So it’s much harder to
postpone or skip workouts. Following a schedule can also help you avoid a running injury by not increasing your
mileage too quickly.
3. Run regularly
If you don’t want to follow a schedule, you still need to have some consistency with your running because
you won’t lose weight by running once a week. It’s best to get some activity every day. 4 If you find
that your motivation to run is suffering, follow some necessary tips to get inspired.
4. 5
Incorporating speed work or interval training (running at a very fast speed for short intervals of time) into
your running routine can also help your weight loss efforts. Speed work burns a great amount of calories in a short
period of time. You’ll also increase your muscle mass, causing you to burn more calories throughout the day.A. Keep it challenging
B. Eat for Performance
C. You’ll know exactly what you need to do every day and each run builds on the next.
D. So you’ll need to combine running with a healthy diet.
E. If you’re hoping to use running to lose weight, here’s some advice on how to be successful.
F. Here are ways to improve your running motivation.
G. But if that’s not possible, try to shoot for at least 3-4 times per week.
E 2. D 3. C 4. G 5. A
Runners do have special nutrition needs, but the basic principles for healthy eating still apply.
Sticking to a training schedule is a simple way to stay motivated to run.
It's best to get some activity every day.
Incorporating speed work or interval training (running at a very fast speed for short intervals of time)
into your running routine can also help your weight loss efforts.
故选A。

With the cold weather season rapidly approaching, caring for dry skin may become more challenging. Here
are some tips on how to protect your skin and keep it healthy throughout the colder months of the year.
6
Avoid harsh cleansers containing sulfates or alcohol, and choose a gentle cleanser. Harsh cleansers may
disrupt the PH balance of your skin and cause dryness.
Switch to a face oil
7 In order to avoid dryness, rub about 3 to 5 drops of oil the palm of your hands and then gently pat it
into the skin. Face oils offer the benefit of conditioning the skin and protecting it from the cold air.
Exfoliate(去死皮)
Exfoliating is very important because it helps to get rid of dead skin cells and encourages skin cell renewal.8 However, especially when the skin is feeling extra dry, it is important to use a gentle product and not to
overdo it.
9
If you don’t feel thirsty and struggle with taking in enough liquids, try to drink tea, sweetened with a little
raw honey. Dehydrated skin cells have a slower turnover rate, which results in dull skin and more visible fine
lines.
10 The most advantage is that you will spend the cold season with comfort and confidence.
A. Drink plenty of water
B. Eat homemade soups
C. Use mild facial cleansers
D. Follow the above tips, you may own nice skin and look better
E. Here are three of the most common example of skin discomfort
F. After cleansing your face, your skin still takes the risk of dryness.
G. Moreover, dead skin cells won’t allow your face oil to enter the skin deeply.
C 7. F 8. G 9. A 10. D
根据本段第一句Avoid harsh(刺激性的) cleansers containing sulfates or alcohol, and
choose a gentle cleanser.(避免含有硫酸盐或酒精的刺激性清洁剂,要选择一个温和的清洁剂。)
In order to avoid dryness, rub about 3 to 5 drops of oil the palm of your hands and then gently pat
it into the skin.
Exfoliating is very important because it helps to get rid of dead skin cells and encourages skin
cell renewal.(去死皮非常重要,因为它有助于去除死皮细胞,并促进皮肤细胞更新。)故G项Moreover,
dead skin cells won’t allow your face oil to enter the skin deeply.(另外,死皮细胞不会让你的脸油深入皮
If you don’t feel thirsty and struggle with taking in enough liquids, try to
drink tea, sweetened with a little raw honey.(如果你不感到口渴,挣扎着喝足够的液体,尝试喝茶,用少许
生蜂蜜加点甜味)可知,A项Drink plenty of water(喝足够的水。)
The most advantage is that you will spend the cold season with comfort and confidence.
Secrets of Great Savers
Wondering how to save more money but have no idea where to cut? 11 They can make your
money go further and help you live a more financially secure(保障的) life. You can form a “hand-me-down” club.
Since kids grow so fast, their clothes quickly become unwearable even though they still look nice. 12
Instead of making your local kids’ clothing store rich, organise a club of parents from your child’s school or
daycare to exchange hand-me-down clothing.
13 Always buy the same colour and style of socks for your child—preferably white, since you
can bleach(漂白) them when they are stained. Since socks always disappear, when you lose one of a pair, you can
pair it up with another, because they are all the same.
It is a good idea to take a job for a discount. If you are looking for apart-time job, fill out applications at
shops where you often do your shopping. 14 If you have teenagers in your home who are ready for a
job, encourage them to work at your family’s favourite stores with employee discounts too. Not only will you
benefit from the discount but you will also gain access to a new world of inside information on upcoming sales!
Why not help your friend move? Always help friends pack their belongings and load the truck when they are
moving. When people are loading their households into boxes, they usually find items that they no longer need or
do not want to pack or unpack. As a result, you can bring home hundreds of pounds worth of frozen food,
tableware, books, toys, furniture(家具) and other household items. 15
A. Get socks of one colour.
B. Bleach socks to whiten them.
C. We share four secrets of super savers here.
D. So, parents buy a lot of new clothes to meet the need.
E. Best of all they will still think you’ve done them a favour.
F. For example, clothing shops may give their employees a discount.
G. Once they do a favor, your problem will probably be solved very quickly.
C 12. D 13. A 14. F 15. E
11. 根据前文“Wondering how to save more money but have no idea where to cut?(想知道如何节省更多的钱,
C选项“We share four secrets of super savers here.(我们在这里分享超级储蓄者的四
12. 根据前文“Since kids grow so fast, their clothes quickly become unwearable even though they still look
D选项“So, parents buy a lot of new clothes to meet the need.(所以,父母买了很多新
Always buy the same colour and style of socks for your child—preferably white, since you can
bleach(漂白) them when they are stained.(给你的孩子买同样颜色和款式的袜子——最好是白色的,因为当
A选项
“Get socks of one colour.(买一种颜色的袜子。)” 故选A。
It is a good idea to take a job for a discount. If you are looking for apart-time job, fill out
applications at shops where you often do your shopping.(接受一份有折扣的工作是个好主意。
F选项“For
example, clothing shops may give their employees a discount.( 例如,服装店可能会给他们的员工打折。)”
As a result, you can bring home hundreds of pounds worth of frozen food, tableware, books, toys,
E选项“Best of all they
will still think you’ve done them a favour.(最好的是,他们仍然会认为你帮了他们一个忙。)”

These days when someone says a computer has a bug (小虫子) in it, usually they mean that there’s a problem
with one of its programs. Maybe your computer crashed when you were in the middle of a game. 16
But back in the early days of computers, a woman named Grace Hopper was part of a team that discovered
the very first computer bug.
17 She had been invited to help program a new computer, the job of which was to quickly deal with
the math problems ships used to find their way. 18 Then it translated the patterns of holes into the math
problems it was supposed to solve.
One afternoon in 1947 Hopper and her team were running a program. But the computer wasn’t giving them
the right results. 19 They finally ended up taking the computer apart, looking for problems. What did they
find? It was a moth (飞蛾)! The moth was blocking some of the holes in the paper— 20 Some people think
Hopper was the first person to use the word “debug” to mean “get rid of the problems in a computer”.
A. What could be wrong?
B. Hopper was a mathematician.C. Who had operated the computer?
D. Hopper was a hardworking scientist.
E. She thought it was funny that it was a real one.
F. Or you got an error message when you tried to go to a website.
G. The computer worked by reading instructions from a long piece of paper with holes in it.
F 17. B 18. G 19. A 20. E
Or you got an error message when you
tried to go to a website.“或者当你试图去一个网站的时候,你收到了一条错误信息。”
Hopper was a mathematician.“Hopper是一个数学家”切题。
The computer worked by reading instructions from a long piece of paper with holes in
文提到的a new computer。故选G项。
承接下文,A项What could be wrong?“出什么错了
故选A项。
She thought it was funny
that it was a real one.“她认为这是真的很有趣。”切题。故选E项。

“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.” — Lao Tzu
If you are in a city where everyone rushes, realize that you don’t have to be like everyone else. You can be
different. You can walk instead of driving in rush hour traffic. Your environment doesn’t control your life — you
do. I’m not going to tell you how to give you a step-by-step guide to moving slower. 21
1. Do less.
Cut back on your projects, on your task list, on how much you try to do each day. Focus not on quantity (数
量) but on quality (质量). 22 Save smaller, routine tasks for later in the day, but give yourself time to
focus.2. Have fewer meetings.
23 And they eat into your day, forcing you to squeeze the things you really need to do into small
windows, and making you rush.
3. 24
When you do the some things with focus, without rush, there will be things that get pushed back, and that
don’t get done. And you need to ask yourself: how necessary are these things? What would happen if I stopped
doing them?
4. Practice mindfulness.
Simply learn to live in the present, rather than things so much about future or the past. When you eat, fully
appreciate your food. When you are with someone, be with them fully. When you are walking, appreciate your
surroundings, no matter where you are.
Try these things out. Life is better when unrushed. 25
A. Start to put off or cancel the unnecessary.
B. Meetings are usually a “big waste of time”.
C. The world likely won’t end if you don’t pass one of the examinations.
D. But here are some things to consider and perhaps adopt, if they work for your life.
E. Remember the quote: if nature can get everything done without rushing, so can you.
F. Pick 2-3 important things — or even just one important thing — and work on those first.
G. Give yourself more time to get ready and get there.
D 22. F 23. B 24. A 25. E
Your environment doesn’t control your life — you do. I’m not going to tell you how to give you
a step-by-step guide to moving slower.(你的环境不会控制你的生活,而是你自己。
D项“But here are some things to consider and perhaps adopt, if they work for your life.(而是
22. 根据上文“Focus not on quantity but on quality.( 重质量而不是数量。)”
精简,下文“Save smaller, routine tasks for later in the day, but give yourself time to focus.(把那些小的日常
F“Pick 2-3
important things — or even just one important thing — and work on those first.(挑选2-3件重要的事做,甚至
下文“And they eat into your day, forcing you to squeeze the things you really need to do into small windows, and
关系,选项B的“Meetings are usually a “big waste of time”.(会议通常很浪费时间。)”
When you do the some things with focus,
without rush, there will be things that get pushed back, and that don’t get done. And you need to ask yourself: how
necessary are these things? What would happen if I stopped doing them?
A“Start to put off or cancel the
25. 上文“Try these things out. Life is better when unrushed.(试试这些东西。不匆忙的生活更美好。)”说
明本段是总结全文,所以选项E“Remember the quote: if nature can get everything done without rushing, so can

Eleanor Roosevelt, one of the most successful, influential and beloved women in American history, once said
that she had one regret: she wished she had been prettier. Who hasn’t felt the same way? 26 To overcome
them, we spend billions of dollars every year on cosmetics, diet products, fashion and so on.
Why do we care so much about how we look? Because it matters. Because beauty is powerful. Because even
when we learn to value people mostly for being kind and wise and funny, we are still moved by beauty. No matter
how much we argue against it, beauty has great influence on us. 27
Aristotle said, “Beauty is a greater recommendation than any letter of introduction.” 28 We simply
treat beautiful people better than we do others. Attach a photograph of a beautiful author to an essay, and people
will think that it is more creative and more intelligently written than exactly the same essay accompanied by the
photo of a homely author.
Our sensitivity to physical beauty is not something we can control at will. 29 Experiments conducted
by psychologist Judith J. Langlois showed that even small babies prefer to look at attractive faces. Before they
have met a single super model, before they have watched a single TV show, before they have opened up a single
fashion magazine, they are drawn to the same faces which adults have judged to be attractive.
30 Just as Nancy Etcoff says, “We have to understand beauty, or we will always be enslaved by it.”
If you aim to be wise and kind and funny, it doesn’t mean that you can’t also try your best to look beautiful. There’s no reason to feel guilty about being moved by beauty’s power. It moves us all.
A. We are born with it.
B. It’s not fair, but it’s true.
C. There is simply no escape.
D. It actually does not make any sense.
E. We are all proud of our achievements.
F. We are all too aware of our physical imperfections.
G. However, there are more important things in life than beauty.
F 27. C 28. B 29. A 30. G
To overcome them, we spend billions of dollars every year on cosmetics, diet products, fashion
27. 根据上句“No matter how much we argue against it, beauty has great influence on us. ”(无论我们如何攻
击它,美已经对我们产生了很大影响)可知,前后句应该是转折关系,所以接下句“这是避无可避的”,
语言上符合逻辑。故选C项。
28. 根据下文中举的两个例子“我们总是对美的人更好一点;我们总是觉得漂亮作家的作品更具创作性”
可知,前面应该提到“美真实而不公平的情况”来作为一个过渡句,起承上启下的作用,符合文章逻辑。
故选B项。
29. 根据下文中的“Langlois showed that even small babies prefer to look at attractive faces.”(甚至婴儿都更
故选A项。

When you decide to lose weight, ideas of boredom and starvation usually come to mind. But they don't have
to. 31 — if you have the right rules. Here are some rules that can make the process more fun.
Eat more often.
Out-of-control hunger is a common predictor of overeating. When you go too long without food, you tend to
eat more. Instead of starving, feed yourself at least every 3 or 4 hours. 32 .
Love what you eat. When you eat or drink anything, do so slowly, mindfully and without distraction (分心).
33 . It will also allow you the time to notice when you’ve had enough.

Besides individual models who choose to live a simple and sustainable life, a growing number of eco-minded
business are going all out to lead a green living culture in communities.
36 This brand offers shoppers all sorts of organic and green living necessities, including but not
limited to spices, dry food, raw noodles, spaghetti, body wash, and skincare products. 37 Instead,
customers are encouraged to bring their own containers when they shop.
In 2018 when Dora Lam co-founder of slowood, gave birth to her daughter. she and her husband wondered
where they could find organic and sustainable products for the baby. 38 Therefore, the new parents decided
to set up a one-stop environmentally friendly shop Where residents are able to buy almost all living necessities.
39
According to Dora Lam, there are some misunderstandings over the price of “zero waste” products. Some
people have the stereotype that these products are expensive or even unaffordable. Referring to the spices and
food sold at Slowood she said they are more economical than those sold at supermarkets. For example, a bottle of
basil that is on sale at Slowood for less than HK$10 goes for about HKS35 at supermarkets. 40
Dora Lam hopes the concept of zero waste could be more widely accepted in the future. “Everyone can help
by forming easy eco-habits, such as using reusable bottles, ordering takeaway food as les s as possible, or using
less tissues.” she said.
A. This is how Slowood came into being.
B. Saving energy is for the Earth and the future of human beings
C. The extra cost comes mainly from the bottle itself and delivery expenses.
D. Disappointedly they found that the products were sold in deferent stores.
E. Unlike other shops, Slowood does not provide single use plastic bottles or bags.

Central Market in August.(总部位于香港的连锁店Slowood今年8月在中环市场开了第四家店。)”

38. 下文“Therefore, the new parents decided to set up a one-stop environmentally friendly shop Where
residents are able to buy almost all living necessities.(因此,新父母决定建立一个一站式的环保商店,居民
D“Disappointedly they found that the
products were sold in deferent stores.(令人失望的是,他们发现产品在不同的商店销售。)”

C“The extra cost comes mainly from the bottle
itself and delivery expenses.(额外的成本主要来自瓶子本身和送货费用。)”

You know this: continuous learning and improvement are essential to our work and life. But your time is
limited and there is only so much you can absorb at a given period. How does one learn faster and more
effectively?
If knowledge is power, knowing how to learn effectively is the superpower. 41 Use them to absorb
more information in a short time, understand content at a deeper level and carry out what you’ve learnedeffectively.
Increase desirable difficulty
Like building muscles, the harder you train, the stronger you get. So does learning. The harder your brain has
to work to recall a memory, the greater you increase in learning.
This is what separates studying with practicing and testing.Practicing and testing are not equal to studying.
They are greater than studying because it requires work to dig out the me memory of what you’ve studied and
learned.
42 Instead, increase the desirable difficulties so that you learn and remember the knowledge better
over the long run.
43
Sleep plays an extremely important role in our cognitive (认知的)development, which includes learning.
While your brain sleeps, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid(脑脊液)in the brain increases and clears out harmful
toxins built up during your waking hours.
To improve your learning ability, make sure you get enough high-quality sleep every day. If you have the
time flexibility, try taking 30 to 60 minutes nap after lunch. Naps are sleeping too.
Make use of the environment
Our environment shapes our behavior more than we think or like to admit. 44 The environment plays
an important role, too. You can use this in two ways.
First, the environment we study and practice becomes the cause when we’re performing. If you’re practising
for a performance, for example giving a speech, practice it in the same environment where you’re going to
perform. Doing this makes practicing easier as it goes and it translates into the actual performance as well.
You can also use the environment to exposes yourself to many contexts when learning new content or
practicing a new skill. 45
A. Improve your sleep and take naps.
B. Make self-learning effective for you.
C. The same goes for learning .
D. Here are some skills to help you get closer to the superpower you ever wanted.
E. This helps your brain to make more connections for that particular content or skill.
F. To learn more effectively, stop avoiding challenges and difficulties.
G. Luckily, you can improve efficient learning habits and learning styles help you learn faster.

A good relationship between students and teachers makes the classroom a very inviting place.
When you like your teachers, it’s easier to pay attention to their explanations and improve your marks. 46
When your teachers consider you to be a friend, they’ll feel more open in class and that will probably influence
the classroom in a positive way. Now here are some tips to develop a friendly relationship with your teachers:
Ask questions. 47 Show them that you’re interested in their subjects. That will make them notice you.
But never ask questions that you already know the answers to. If your teachers realize that you are not asking real
questions, they might think that you’re not actually trying to learn, but only trying to make an impression.
48 When you see one of your teachers in the hall, greet him/her and ask if he/she is going to that
concert or if he/she has seen that movie. 49 Some teachers don’t like to have friendly relationships with
students, but most of them are happy to chat with their students. After a while, they may start to talk with you
about non-school subjects in the classroom.
The rest is totally up to you; it is very easy to develop a friendly relationship with any of your teachers. Ifyou want to be friends with your teachers, just treat them as friends, but don’t forget that no matter how good
friends you are, 50 .
A. Talk about non-school subjects.

without any long-term success. 51 . Their old eating habits soon return, leaving them disheartened and
frustrated. The key to success lies in developing healthy eating habits. Here are a few eating habits that you should

Do you want to worry less? Of course you do. That's like asking if I can send you free bacon . Worry is like
black mold----it appears in damp conditions and spreads uncontrollably. And very often we don't realize it's there
until it's killing us. We must get rid of worry before it destroys us. But how should we do it? 56
Do what you need to do.
57 You ought not to avoid tough projects or hard conversations. If you don't do what you should be
doing, you will end up spending the rest of the time worrying about the must-do things. Believe it or not, the
anxiety that comes from the worry is much worse than the task we're worried about.
58
I think many of us act like we're puppets (木偶)in a play and we're waiting for something or someone to put
us in the right place. We just react to whatever is going on. 59 We need to live purposefully . Nothing can
cause more worry than purposelessness.
Make plans.
You can't succeed without making plans. Making plans will enable you to achieve your aims more smoothly.
However, your plans aren't set in stone. You can adjust your plans flexibly. Accept changes. 60
There are other ways to lessen worry. As long as you are determined to take action, you will live a worry-free
life.
A. Get more purposeful.
B. Worry ruins creativity.
C. Do what you should be doing.
D. We need to stop letting life just happen.E. Make new plans and then move forward.

No fight can end, and no friendship can move on, until everyone says these little words: I’m sorry.
Sometimes, though, it can be difficult to say them. 61
• It is not about winning.
62 When you start fighting with a friend, you may feel it is important that you “win” the fight by
proving you’re right and he is wrong, or by making him the first to apologize. In reality, you’ll both lose if you let
your fight ruin your friendship, and you’ll both win if you find a way to heal it.
• 63
You may have heard the expression “His pride stood in the way.” It is usually used to describe a person who
is so determined to be “right” that he lets an opportunity for happiness pass him by forever. 64 Remember
that as time goes by, we usually forget who was right and who was wrong in a disagreement, and only remember
the sadness of losing a friend.
• Take the first step. Are you sick of fighting? Do you think this fight is just not important enough to ruin your friendship? 65
You don’t have to take full responsibility for starting the fight, or even say that your feelings were wrong. But you
should find something you did or said that’s worth apologizing for. If you say you’re sorry, it’s like an invitation
for your friend to do the same. Once you’ve both said it, you’ll both feel a million times better.
A. Stop thinking about your pride.
B. Then try to be the first to apologize.
C. Here are some things to keep in mind.
D. Don’t let this happen to a friendship you care about.
E. It’s about taking some responsibility for the argument.
F. There are some special moments when you shouldn’t take the first step.
G. Friendships aren’t like the Super Bowl, and there should never be the determination of a winner.
C 62. G 63. A 64. D 65. B

62. 根据本短标题“It is not about winning.”
63. 根据本段第一句“You may have heard the expression “His pride stood in the way.””
Remember that as time goes by, we usually forget who was right and who was wrong in a
disagreement, and only remember the sadness of losing a friend.”
Are you sick of fighting? Do you think this fight is just not important enough to ruin your
friendship?”

71 . It’s a little bit awkward to reach out to somebody you don’t know well—whether that’s sending
the first text message or starting small talk in the elevator. But you have to accept it. Otherwise you can’t make

Remember that people will like you more than you think they will. 72 . Gillian Sandstrom, a senior
lecturer in psychology at the University of Essex in the UK, has done research on something called the “liking
gap”, which says that the little voice in your head telling you that somebody doesn’t like you very much is wrong.
73 . Instead, remember that when you talk to someone else, you’re actually brightening their day.
Invest in activities that you love. Ask anyone about how to make friends and they will most likely tell you to
try a new hobby. It might sound empty, but it works. 74 . Then people will be drawn to you because
you’ll be in the right place.
Be present. The planet is warming, and there’s so much good television out there to watch. We get it. But if
you want to keep your friendships, you have to show up for them. 75 .
